Kris Croucher, Dave Ganley: Driving sustainable change with Drupal

Containers for Change is a national green initiative championing recycling across Australia. This wildly popular scheme is established and run by the non-profit Container Exchange, backed by government and embraced by communities transforming their local environments. The scheme brings multiple recycling and environmental partners together, and engages individuals directly in making a difference.

Goodman Fielder are a leading food group with over 120 household brands across Australia, New Zealand and Asia- Pacific. Moving to cloud and embarking on significant digital transformation is driving new opportunities for their marketers across the region to engage with consumers using content and transactional channels to dominate market share across their brand categories.

What unites these relatively new Drupal adopters is their shared past experiences in navigating unhappy manual testing and deployment paths, availability challenges, keeping up with their ‘always on’ audiences and the now 24x7x365 operational demands of the business.

Through the lens of these two client stories, attendees will no doubt hear some challenges familiar to their hearts and learn about the journey each of these Drupal customers has been on with key insights into the tactics used to deliver DevOps success.

Audience: Developers, SysOps Engineers.
