Zaidul presentation will discuss the use of open source technologies: past, current and plans for the future. He'll also dive into an insightful segment on what's currently missing in open source technologies. Zaidul will of course also share plenty of knowledge surrounding GovHack: statistics, facts, and the incredible works of past winners of their hackathons, including how these competitions have helped to drive innovation in the Drupal Space and beyond!
Zaidul Alam
Zaidul Alam is the current board director and national data lead of GovHack Australia Limited. Zaidul has been leading the open data movement and innovation through open data in South Australia for more than five years. Zaidul also works in the Government of South Australia as a Solutions Architect and a co-founder of WISECAR Pty Ltd. He has over fifteen years of working experience in Asia, Africa and Australia. Zaidul is the award winner from various innovation challenges and projects from Australia and abroad and a familiar face in the South Australian Innovation and start-up community.
