2024 Steering Committee elections
The DrupalSouth Steering Committee has been running since July 2019 with the primary purpose of ensuring continuity of DrupalSouth events and facilitating knowledge transfer to support the Drupal Community in Australia and New Zealand. Elections are held regularly according to the established DrupalSouth Steering Committee Charter.
This election will see all committee positions up for election on the following basis:
- 3 seats from November 2024 until November 2026
- 2 seats renew from May 2025 until May 2027

Current Steering Committee
The DrupalSouth Steering Committee is a standing sub-committee of Linux Australia, formed for the purpose of overseeing DrupalSouth conferences with established tools and processes in liaison with subcontractors and volunteers to run the events.
Committee members are appointed for staggered two year terms:

- Michael Richardson: Treasurer - Seat to November 2024
- Julia Topliss: Code of Conduct Officer - Seat to May 2025
- Chris Burgess: Seat to May 2025

Committee Meetings & Minutes
The DrupalSouth Steering Committee meets monthly via video conference call.
