DrupalSouth 2026 Splash Awards submission form

Entries close: Friday 27 March 2026
Thank you for taking the time to make a submission to the DrupalSouth 2026 Splash Awards! Please make sure that the following rules are reviewed before continuing.

Rules

  • Submissions are open to agencies or client websites that operate within Australia and New Zealand
  • Submissions should be for websites and projects that have been completed in the past 12 months (2025) or are significant updates/changes to current websites/projects.
  • All Winners and Nominees are able to use the Splash Awards logo in their own communications and marketing.
  • Judging panel members are kept confidential until the voting process has concluded.
  • Any judging panel member whose current or recent employer, affiliate, partner, or other associated entity who has a submission in a given category is not permitted to cast any vote on any submission in that category.
  • Final scores are tabulated by the Committee and are not published. The final collated scores are final.
  • DrupalSouth Steering Committee members and DrupalSouth event volunteers are not permitted to influence or alter the voting outcomes for any category, other than to disqualify the votes of any judging panel member found to have an undisclosed conflict of interest.
  • A submission may be entered across multiple categories, but should be relevant to the entered categories. If you submit an entry into multiple categories and it is shortlisted as a finalist in more than one category, the entry will only be eligible to win in one category where your entry has attained the highest score (excluding Best in Show). To be clear, the maximum wins an entry can receive is two, a category win and potentially the Best in Show trophy.
  • Splash Awards may accept/adjust categories at their discretion. If this occurs you will be notified and your acceptance of the change will be required.
  • There is no submission charge for entering this year (2026).
  • Entries that are not shortlisted as finalists are not permitted to use any Splash Awards collateral or marketing materials.
  • Submissions must be live and in-use websites/projects which are expected to remain online for at least one year after the award ceremony.
  • If a category receives fewer than 4 submissions, it may be removed from the event.
  • To avoid the appearance of any conflict of interest, any organisation which directly sponsors the award ceremony may not make any submissions.
