Workshops at DrupalSouth Hobart 2019

Monday 2nd September

Looking to level up?

This year, at DrupalSouth, we will be hosting workshop training sessions on each day of the conference. The training will be provided by Vladimir Roudakov and Dave Hall.

Vladimir is a Drupal architect and software developer in Tomato Elephant Studio (Brisbane, Australia). He teaches Drupal privately and publicly (quarterly as part of Drupal global training day). Vladimir has presented sessions and has run workshops on migration, continuous integration, automated testing, content management systems & frontend frameworks at the camps and conferences around the world.

Dave Hall has trained teams for almost 2 decades. He has taught people with all abilities, from school children through to seniors. Today, Dave works with large companies to develop efficient processes and tooling for getting projects in front of customers faster. Dave is the Managing Director at Dave Hall Consulting and is the Founder of Getting It Live Training.

There will be four workshops in total and all workshops are free to attend, so long as you have a ticket for DrupalSouth.

Registration

Workshop capacity is limited to 30 people each and will be running during other events such as the code sprint and sessions. Make sure you are registered for the workshops that you can attend or let us know in advanced if you have changed your mind so others can attend the workshop. Registration for the workshops can be found at https://drupalsouth.org/events/hobart-2019/workshops.

The Workshops

All attendees will need to bring their own laptop or tablet. On arrival, you will be provided with your own Drupal website to work on.
