DrupalSouth Community Day 2025
- 117 tickets sold, 111 people checked in (~95% turn out rate, 97% accounted for via apologies)

- Melbourne flight cancellations affected some attendees
- Spidey senses suggest we have the strength and momentum to keep the event going into 2026

- All volunteers and presenters did an amazing job at running the day smoothly

- Day 2 had around 15 people turn up - activities included table tennis, a jig-saw puzzle that the Pragma office has slowed down on, and discussing the future of Drupal
- Feedback survey to be sent out week of 10 November, closing Friday 28 November
- All presenters have been contacted for slides to be shared via DrupalSouth website
- Technical talks were recorded and will be added to the website once processing has been completed.
- Non-technical talks have the option to record their talks and share links back.
- Early planning for next year include:
- Different sponsorship tiers
- Proper name tags
- Using presenter and volunteer templates from DrupalSouth website instead of google forms

- Volunteer and presenter information to be released early December
- Xequals to host contribution day
- Three sponsorship contracts signed

- To be held on Monday 8 December 2025, however may change due to committee members running on empty
