- Roles have been slightly adjusted:
- Chris to take on Secretary role
- Marge to take on Treasurer role
- Starting from January 2026, until November 2026 when new committee forms.

- Call for papers closing Friday, 30 January 2026
Marketing
- Blog posts and social media continues, but will change to every 3 weeks
- Committee members to potentially write an article each
2026 goals
- Committee members to write up goal wish list to discuss at February meeting
