- DS2026 Wellington complete! Wrap up items and feedback
- DSCD26 possible dates, try to work the GovCMS to see when they're holding any events. Pencil 5 or 12 November 2026
- PSN NSW 2026: Certified partners to represent Drupal in Australia at the end of July 2026. Funding requested from Linux.
- DS2027: Looking for locations on the gold coast, start to think of who could be a keynote.
- DS2028: Too far away!

- Elections - start process in August 2026

- PSN NSW 2026: further organising happening for end of month event
- Elections: Promote now. Nominations in August, voting in September, new committee announced October, November committee members roll on/off.
- DSCD26 Shortlisted some places pending walk through. The Hellenic club in Woden looks to be a strong contender. Looking more likely to be 19 November dur to availabilty of venue. Requested approval from Linux.
- DS2027 No current updates on venues for the Gold Coast
- Drupal Pivot: Investigate holding a activity in the future.
10 August 2026
- Elections: Wrap up final parts of work to start the call for nominations
- PSN NSW 2026 Wrap up and summary of success. Similar events exist but toll on volunteers is most likely too much to attend in each state
- DSCD26 Venue walk through went well, still awaiting approval from linux to go ahead. Call for paper and ticket systems set up in apprehension of approval
- DS2027 Venue walk throughs were positive, which a bias towards one particular venue. Getting budget in place to go to Linux for approval
