Needing a new adventure, Dominic relocated from London to Australia nine years ago and chose Melbourne because of our great food culture. A true romantic, Dominic met his wife while working as an extra on the set of a zombie movie. Dominic is also a keen runner having completed a number of long distance runs marathons.
