A tale of two sites: dragging "Dickensian" publications into the digital age
Is your organisation stuck in the past? Do they print reports that just sit on bookshelves? Is a PDF available online the extent of ‘digital’ delivery? Do they throw their hands up in the air and cry “too hard!”?
If you answered yes to any of these this session is for you.
Let's Go Nuxt!

I'll tell the story of how the Digital Transformation Agency remade dta.gov.au, replacing a static Jekyll website using all of the tools we could muster: Drupal 8, GovCMS, the Design System, Github, Circle CI and cloud.gov.au, using an Agile workflow and adhering to the Digital Service Standard.
Building flexible displays in an elegant and maintainable way
A common problem that I’ve faced, is how to deliver the complex, component driven design that clients want while also giving content authors full flexibility with those components without creating an un-maintainable, or brittle product.
In this talk, we'll go over how to achieve just that!
Behind the agency curtain: What all clients should know!
Many factors contribute to the success or failure of web projects, but the truth is that the client-vendor relationship is the most critical. As a client, it may seem like a lot of things are out of your control, and you are at the mercy of your agency. Clients, this is so not true.
How Drupal Contribution leads to Success
Using open source in your organisation and not contributing back? It could be the reason your projects aren't as successful as they could be.
In this session, I will talk through how to make the most out of Drupal, and what benefits this could bring to you and your organisation.
