Forming an AI strategy for a digital agency

Track: People & Culture

The release of GPT-3 in 2020 marked a pivotal moment in the democratisation of AI, showcasing the transformative potential of large language models (LLMs) across industries. By providing an accessible API, it allowed developers, businesses and researchers to integrate advanced AI into their applications without needing to train their own models. Since then, the proliferation of publicly available AI tools has revolutionised how organisations innovate and operate.

In this session, we’ll take you on our journey of adopting AI to enhance our services, optimise operations, and create greater value for our clients. We’ll share how we aligned AI initiatives with strategic business goals, identified high-impact opportunities for AI integration, and developed a pragmatic roadmap to bring these ideas to life.

Drawing on real-world examples, we’ll explore the successes - and the lessons learned - of incorporating AI into our business. Key topics include:
Evaluating your own AI-readiness
Selecting the right tools and platforms
Fostering a culture of innovation
Addressing ethical concerns

By the end of the session, participants will leave with actionable insights to craft a forward-thinking AI strategy tailored to the unique needs of your digital agency.
