Speakers

Angela Rako
Angela has 26 years’ experience working in disability services, mental health and aged care at a middle and senior management level. She’s worked across service management, human resources, and quality and compliance. She was a key member of the Human Resource team responsible for the redevelopment of Kew Residential Services redeploying over 500 staff. She’s also written a response for the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. Angela’s roles have mostly been in the not-for-profit sector. She has spent the past 3 years working in the Digital world as Head of People and Culture at Salsa Digital.

During her career, Angela has had extensive public speaking experience, presenting at local, state and international events predominantly within the health and community services industry. She is also a former lecturer at Box Hill Institute of TAFE.
