Ian will present a range of unique approaches learned from being at the forefront of Drupal projects that have faced major crises in their environment. Drawing directly from experiences with ACT Emergency services, NSW State Emergency services and the summer bushfire crises, Ian will focus on practical ways to scale for unforseen demand. Following this Ian will draw from experiences working directly with Dept of Health and Safe Work Australia on the Covid-19 crisis and how to deal with rapidly changing requirements during a major global pandemic.
